1. General Policy Overview

At 2FixCars, customer satisfaction is a priority. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned and refunded by vendors listed on our platform. As a marketplace operator, 2FixCars facilitates the process but is not the direct seller of products.

2. Eligibility for Return

Products are eligible for return if:

• The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect compared to the product description.

• The item is incomplete (missing parts or accessories).

• The buyer receives a wrong product.

? Returns are not accepted for:

• Items labeled as “non-returnable” (especially certain used or salvage parts clearly marked).

• Used products unless they are not as described.

• Electrical parts once installed or unsealed, unless faulty.

3. Return Process

• The customer must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be:

  • Unused (except in the case of defective/used auto parts),

  • In the original packaging (if applicable),

  • Complete with all accessories and documentation.

• The seller will confirm the return approval within 48 hours of the request.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed:

  • After the product is received and inspected by the vendor.

  • Within 14 business days from approval of the return.

• Refunds are made via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to seller error (wrong, defective, or damaged item): Seller bears shipping cost.

• If the buyer changes their mind: Buyer bears return shipping cost (if allowed by the vendor).

6. Disputes & Mediation

In case of disagreement:

• 2FixCars may intervene as a neutral mediator.

• 2FixCars' decision in resolving disputes will be final and binding for both parties.

7. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must clearly state any “No Return” or “Final Sale” conditions in their listings.

• Vendors are responsible for handling legitimate returns as per UAE Consumer Protection Law.

8. Limitation of 2FixCars Liability

• 2FixCars is not liable for product quality or warranty unless stated in writing.

• 2FixCars is a facilitator only, not the legal owner of goods sold by vendors.

9. Governing Law

All return and refund disputes are governed under the Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
